Responsible for managing all the Association’s marketing budget, programs, products and production staff.

Vice President of Sales

Responsible for managing and setting goals for the Sales Department.  She is the Association’s outside sales rep for the Southern Black Hills selling memberships, ads, Visitor Information Center and web products.   

Office Manager | Ara Baumstark

Responsible for managing the Association’s finances, budget, human resources, administrative services and the Visitor Information Center.   She manages Administrative Support staff and Visitor Information Center Staff.

She is the Association’s outside sales rep for Rapid City, Badlands and territory east of the Badlands selling memberships, ads, Visitor Information Center and web products.

She is the Association’s outside sales rep for the Northern Hills and eastern Wyoming selling memberships, ads, Visitor Information Center and web products.

Responsible for digital asset management, website design/production, online marketing and emerging technologies.

Responsible for design and production of BH&B’s various publications, Association and member ads, mailings, free standing marketing materials and member print communications.

Responsible for the Association’s voice and specific messaging across the numerous platforms currently utilized by BH&B including print, social media, blogs and press relations.

Responsible for assisting in the execution of Association’s multiple web, social, print and travel programs.

Responsible for office reception and front-line communication for the Association.  Also responsible for  data entry, meeting host, billing, collections and processing membership and advertising contracts.   

VIC Assistant Manager | Skip Stanec

Supervises daily operation and Maintenance of the Visitor Center.  Maintains the books, bank deposits and calculates statistics on Visitor Traffic for the Visitor Center.  Provides travel information and other services to visitors.

VIC Gift Shop Manager | Rita Frantz

VIC Gift Shop Manager

Responsible for overall management and operation of the Gift Shop.  As an information center host provides travel information and other services to visitors.
