Regarding Our Home . . .
When you stay with us our home is truly your home so enjoy all it has to offer. Weather it’s a round of billiards, darts or maybe a Wii sports challenge the game room will meet your needs. All rooms have at least one 32” TV with DVD player some rooms have two. For those who want to watch a movie with a group the home theater is what you will want to check out. If you prefer to relax and unwind with a good book and glass of wine the great room with its fireplace and baby grand piano might be your favorite place in the home. However you wont want to stay inside your entire visit as the grounds feature a large veranda, hot tub, beautiful waterfall and several conversation areas to relax enjoy your time.
Regarding the rates . . .
- Daily rates include lodging and full breakfast
- Rates do not include tax
- Payment by cash, check or credit card (Visa, Master Card & Discover).
- Checks are accepted ONLY if they are received 2 weeks before arrival.
- Children 15 and over are welcome for an additional charge of $25 each sharing a double occupancy room. Also available is our 2 bedroom Suite #3.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
Our Policies
Reservations
Reservations are held with a credit card, check. Deposit of 50% of your stay confirms your reservation.
Deposit
Deposits are taken at the time of booking if paying by check deposit must be received 10 days prior to arrival date. Balance is due upon arrival. Early departures pay the full amount and receive a gift certificate in lieu of refund.
Cancellations
Deposits will be refunded less a $25 handling fee if cancellation is 10 or more days before arrival date. For shorter notice, a refund will be given less $25 handling fee only if the room is re-booked for the same number of days. No refunds available during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally or other special events.
Full room rate is charged for last minute cancellations or failure to cancel.
Arrivals
• Check in 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Earlier arrivals MUST be prearranged in order to assure someone is here and the room is ready. We rarely do check inns after 8:00 pm but if we know in advance we can usually accommodate you.
Departure
• Check out 11:00 am.
Late checkouts will only be approved if the room is not being rented later and MUST be prearranged.
Dining
A full complementary breakfast is served between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. in the dining room or on the veranda overlooking the waterfall (depending on the weather). A continental breakfast is available upon request for earlier departures. Special dietary needs accommodated upon request. Picnic lunches are available with advance notice for an additional fee. During the winter months evening meals will also be available for an additional fee when prior arrangements have been made.
Smoking
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. Many B&B’S do not allow smoking on the property; however, smoking is allowed in designated outdoor common areas only. There is an additional $150 daily charge for smoke in the rooms.
Pets
Please, no pets! Although we love animals, we simply do not have the facilities (inside or outside) for guests to bring them. We charge $150 a night for any animal that is smuggled in.
