Our Hill City Wine, Brew & BBQ event held in August each year, is sanctioned by Kansas City BBQ Society & Rocky Mountain BBQ Assoc. This brings world championship competitors to our community & amateur participation is always encouraged. Our Polar Bear Chili Cook-off in February features area competitors & welcomes visitors!It may be "chilly" outside in February - but a hot bowl of "chili" will warm you up from the inside out!Come on out to The Heart of the Hills - Participate in one of our great fundraising events that supports many local charities in the Hill City area.
