Star-Spangled Independence Day Holiday Celebration

Start your Independence Day with a bang at the Star-Spangled Parade on Main Street at 10 AM. Wave to “Old Glory” as you celebrate community and country with friends and neighbors. After the parade, from 2-4 PM, chill out at the Visitor Information Center with a sweet Ice Cream & Pie Social accompanied by lively music. It’s the perfect blend of patriotic pride and small-town charm!

Sturgis 4th of July Events

Get ready to paint the town red, white, and blue! Sturgis is hosting an Independence Day bash that kicks off with a patriotic parade down Junction Avenue at 10 AM. Prepare for a splash as local fire departments battle it out in a water fight extravaganza. In the afternoon, join Mayor Mark Carstensen and other speakers for a stirring Patriotic Program at Harley-Davidson Rally Point. As the sun sets, mosey on over to City Park for an evening filled with family fun, vendors, and the grand finale—fireworks at dusk that promise to light up the Black Hills sky!

Summer Spike 6v6 Volleyball Tournament

Join the thrill of the Summer Spike 6v6 Volleyball Tournament at The Box! Compete, have fun, and enjoy a weekend filled with exciting volleyball action and lively activities.

Activities and Highlights:

  • Men’s Division: Test your skills and challenge other teams on Saturday.
  • Women’s Division: Show your prowess on the court, also on Saturday.
  • Co-Ed Division: Mix things up and compete in Sunday’s dynamic matches.

Tournament Format:

  • Saturday: Men’s & Women’s Divisions
  • Sunday: Co-Ed Division

Teams will first engage in Pool Play followed by Bracket Play. It’s double elimination in the playoffs, adding to the excitement!
