Old West Shootout on the 1880 Train

Dakota 600 Single Track-Dual Sport-Adventure

The Dakota 600 is the region’s premier off-road, fund-raising motorcycle trail ride.  Proceeds from the ride are used to create and enhance motorcycle trails in the Western South Dakota and other western mountain states.  Riders will create riding memories that will last a lifetime and provide funds for continuing creation of motorcycle adventures.

25th Annual Hill City Quilt and Fiber Arts Show

Enjoy spectacular Black HIlls fall colors at the Hill City Quilt & Fiber Arts Show.
Over 300 quilts and fiber arts items will be on display in the school gym and along Main Street in Hill City.
Attendees can vote for their favorites in several categories and the overall Best of Show Award and visit with the featured quilter and fiber artist. Children can design quilt blocks and learn embroidery. Vendors will share new and exciting sewing and craft-related products.
Saturday features an evening dinner, trunk show, and bed turning; reservations are required and the form is available on the website.

Mother's Day Tours at the Historic Adams House

In honor of Mother’s Day, the Historic Adams House and the Days of ‘76 Museum will offer free admission to visiting mothers.
Show your mom how much you love her by sharing a tour of the beautifully restored Queen Anne-style home and explore vintage wagons, carriages, and stagecoaches from 1875-1910.
The Historic Adams House is open 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and the Days of ’76 Museum is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
